Panel Processing operates its own paint company, PPI Coatings. This ensures quick color matches and a timely shipment of paint to produce your job on-time and on spec.

Our environmentally friendly, baked-on, water-based, acrylic-enamel coatings are available in virtually any color.

Our high speed curtain-coater lines apply paint to either one or two sides. Sheet goods are supplied with water-based fill, UV fill, Primed or with a Full Color Match Finish. We can cut, machine and fabricate parts and finish the edges for parts ready to use in your project.

Markerboard Coatings, Chalkboard Coatings, Woodgrain Prints & Metallic finishes.

Clear-On-Clear UV finishes and clear top coats over opaque finishes are available. These give our paint finishes many of the performance characteristics of low pressure laminates, suitable for nearly all vertical applications.
